Salaamun 'Alaykum,
Salaamun 'Alaykum,
Here is the famous story of the Narjis, mother of Imaam Mahdee (AS) being a Roman princess and being sold into slavery in order to marry our 11th Imaam (AS). Her name is really Narjis, but the LONG story of her being a Roman princess and being sold into slavery is mawDoo’ (Fabricated).
Here are the sources to this hadeeth:
1. Al-Sadooq, Kamaal Al-Deen, vol. 2, ch. 41, pg. 417 - 423, hadeeth # 1
2. Al-Toosi, Ghaybah Al-Toosi, pg. 208
3. Al-Majlisi, Bihaar Al-Anwaar, vol. 51, ch. 1, pg. 6 - 10, hadeeth # 12
Here is the sanad (chain of narrators) to the story. (taken from Bihaar Al-Anwaar)
Abee / Aboo Al-MufaDDal Al-Shaybaanee (Muhammad bin 'Abd Allaah Aboo Al-MufaDDal) is Da'eef (Weak) according to:
1. Al-Najaashee, Rijaal, pg. 396
2. Al-Hillee, Al-KhulaaSah, pg. 256 & pg. 252
3. Al-GhaDaa-iree, Kitaab Al-Du'afaa, pg. 99
4. Al-Toosi, Fihrist, pg. 402
5. Al-Toosi, Rijaal, pg. 447
6. Al-Khoei, Mu'jam Rijaal Al-Hadeeth, vol. 16, pg. 444, person # 11115
Muhammad bin BaHr bin Sahl Al-Shaybaanee is Ghullah (exaggerator) & MufawwiDa according to:
1. Al-Toosi, Rijaal, pg. 447
2. Al-Hillee, Al-KhulaaSah, pg. 254
3. Al-Toosi, Fihrist, pg. 390
4. Al-Najaashee, Rijaal, pg. 384
5. Al-GhaDaa-iree, Kitaab Al-Du'afaa, pg. 98
6. Al-Khoei, Mu'jam Rijaal Al-Hadeeth, vol. 15, pg. 122, person # 10297
Bishr bin Sulaymaan Al-Nakhaas is Majhool (Unknown) according to:
1. Al-Khoei, Mu'jam Rijaal Al-Hadeeth, vol. 3, pg. 316, person # 1755
Based off of this sanad (chain of narrators), this hadeeth is graded as MawDoo' (Fabricated) or at least a minimum of Da'eef Jiddan (VERY WEAK).
Also, here is what Al-Khoei has said regarding this hadeeth / story under Bishr bin Sulaymaan.
لكن في سند الرواية عدة مجاهيل، على أنك قد عرفت فيما تقدم أنه لا يمكن إثبات وثاقة شخص برواية نفسه.
"But the sanad (chain of narrators) in the hadeeth / story has many majhool (unknown) people, and you know that it one cannot establish his own trustworthiness through his own narration about himself"Source:
1. Al-Khoei, Mu'jam Rijaal Al-Hadeeth, vol. 3, pg. 316, person # 1755
One of the reasons for this fabricated story could be to make the mother of our 12th Imaam (AS) come from a noble lineage as his father (Imaam Al-'Askaree (AS)) is already from a noble lineage.
Al-Kulaynee has added a tradition in Al-Kaafi that alludes to the mother of Imaam Mahdee (AS) being from Al-Nawbah, which is in Sudan, but this hadeeth is mursal (disconnected) and cannot be used as daleel (proof) (See: Al-Kaafi, vol. 5, pg. 352, hadeeth # 2). There have been other aHaadeeth that shows the mother of Imaam Mahdee (AS) being a black slave, but the authenticity of these reports has not been determined. Wallaahu A'lim (And Allaah knows best).
Wa ‘Alaykum Assalaam

ReplyDeleteSo where do you wait for? It's about the mother of your 12th Imâm and you guys have no certainty what her whereabouts are. Poor bâtini's xD
Salaam un Alaikum,
ReplyDeleteGreat work brother
read: http://www.al-islam.org/occultation_12imam/6.htm#10
ReplyDeleteThe 12th Imam doesn't exist so why argue about his mother. Imam Hasan Askari never had a son.
ReplyDeleteAccording to shia beliefs, Mahdi was 4 years and went into occulutation due to fear of being killed.
Subhanlllah, How can your 12th man bring justice and rule the world when he fears for his death.
May Allah guide us.
was Rasulullah a coward for fleeing to madina? or Isa for being raised closer to Allah? Subhanallah your logic is of a munafiq
DeleteBrother, You Have Complete Right To Shut Up Your Mouth, Then Speaking Such Things About Our Belief..
ReplyDeleteIf According To You Our 12th Beloved Imam(a.s) Does Not Exist Then Show Me The Person Who Offered Nimaz-e-Janaza To Our 11th Imam(a.s).
And According To Our Beliefs Our Imam(a.s) Was 5 & A Half Years Not 4 Years Old In 260 hijri.
And There Is No Fear In The Occulation Of Our Beloved Imam(a.s). The Lies Exists In Your Thinking. You Are Relating This Situation With Fear. According To Us A Imam Is Perfect In Every Respect. The Bravest Person In The World. And The Courage Of Our Beloved Imam(a.s) Lies In The Fact That He(a.s) Came Out To Offer The Nimaz Janaza Of Imam Hassan Askari(a.s) When Jaffar Ibn Ali Naqi(a.s) Was Ready To Lead The Prayer. And Of Course The Situation Was Such Harsh For Our Imams That They Were Not Supported To Trust Anyone. Even The Imam Hassan Askari(a.s) Didn't Told About His Son To His Own Brother(Jaffar). You Can Guesss The Situation And Guess The REason Why We Know Less About The Mother Of Our Present Imam(a.s).
For Existence Of Imam Mahdi(a.s) Let Me Give U A Verse From Quran..: Surah Bani Israeel, Verse 71.
"Remember the Day when we will summon every people with their Imam"
If U Reject The Existance Of Our Imam(a.s) Then Please Choose A Person With Whom We Will Be Raised In The Hereafter.
May Allah(s.w.t) Guide U To Right Path.
"Here is the famous story of the Narjis"...

ReplyDeletein the asnad of Kamal Al-Din of Al-Sadooq there is no Aboo Al-Mofaddal, so how can you say it is fabricated?? is this a new kind of Ilm Al-Hadeeth?!!
ReplyDeleteonly because some of the narrators of these narrations are unknown you cannot directly come and say 'it is a fabricated story'.
According to who is this fabricated??
yes this haith is daeef but there are witnesses of this hadith. Sheikh Hurr al-Aamili r.a is narrated:
