“Chapter on the obligation of repetition on whoever abandons (recitation done) aloud or quietly in the place of the pillars (of salaah), and the absence of the obligation on repetition upon whoever abandons it out of forgetfulness or unintentionally or ignorance”
"About a man who (recites) aloud in that it is not appropriate to (recite) outloud in it, or reciting secretly (quietly) in that it is not appropriate to (recite) secretly (quietly). So he said: 'Whoever does that intentionally indeed his salaah is destroyed (void) and upon him is repeating it. And if he did that forgetfully, or unintentionally, or does not know, there is nothing upon him and indeed his prayer is complete"

“'I told him about a man who recites aloud in that it is not appropriate to (recite) aloud in it and silently in that it is not appropriate to (recite) aloud in it and abandons the recitation in that it is not appropriate to (abandon) its recitation in it or recite in that it is not appropriate to recite in it.' So he said: 'And if he did that forgetfully, or unintentionally, there is nothing upon him (no repetition of prayer)'”
