Here is a SaHeeH hadeeth in praise of Al-Mukhtaar bin Abee `Ubaydah Al-Thaqafee's action of avenging the deaths at Karbala.
This hadeeth only praises al-Mukhtaar's action of avenging the death of al-Hussayn and his companions. al-Mukhtar, the person, has been called a liar through a SaHeeH or Hasan hadeeth, so al-Mukhtar the person has been condemned in their book.
From Jaarood bin Al-Mundhir from Abee `Abd Allaah (عليه السلام), He said: "The women of the Bani Haashim didn't comb and color (their hair) (i.e. beautify themselves) until Al-Mukhtaar came to us with the heads of those (who) killed Al-Hussayn (عليه السلام)"

May allah bless the soul of Mukhtar (ra).
ReplyDeleteI heard he claimed his own prophethood?
ReplyDeleteNo he didnt
DeleteOthers said that he was claiming prophethood becase a lot of things
he said will happen actually happened.
You can find many people who do this but they dont claim prophethood
A lot of sunnis believe that he claimed prophethood
Yes, He claimed his own prophet-hood... May ALLAH curse him.
DeleteRubbish spread by enemies of Ahlbait. how on earth could he have claimed prophethood? it's like abu taleb you made him kaffir just out of grudge.
ReplyDeleteI believe that this isn't anything GOOD... it's just merely an action he did that was good, but doesn't speak about the man himself.
ReplyDeleteI believe the books of Firaq show his involvement with the Kaysaaniyyah sect.
It's better not to say something good about this man, but say that he did a good thing by killing the killers of Imaam al-Husayn (عليه السلام).
Salam Aleykum,
ReplyDeleteThe Hadith does not praise Mukhtaar, it simply says he was successful in killing certain individuals who took part in Karbala.
I see no praise here, I only see punishment for the killers of Hussein (ra).
The pigs who uphold the religion as hypocritical Muslims and who polluted the holy lands by spilling the precious blood of the Ahlebait and the household of the Prophet have labelled Hazrat Mokhtar al Thaqafi as a Liar and fabricated evil hadises against him. It is unfortunate that the entire majority of Musalmaniyat is beleagured and a lost one! Woe to them! They are the cursed lot!
ReplyDeleteWe talk about Karbala but why don't we talk about why it happened ? Hazrat imam husain stood against a crupt , drunk , loose character , greedy , gambler and a ruthless caliphate . Do u think if he comes back in this time will he approve people we are being ruled by ?? Trust me there are chances of another Karbala when he will demand our president or our prime minister to withdraw and give all your savings to the poor . We are following yazid
ReplyDeleteAnd about mukhtar yes he was a good politician and had some good tectics of war and good that he took revenge of Karbala that's all I can say about him rest Allah knows everything . Brothers if u all have love and respect for imam husain then find why did it happened . Thats the key for heaven trust me find it and follow it . He thought us even if u are odd number still stand up for what is right
